Items ship within 3 business days, and are mailed through USPS.
Shipping starts at a minimum of $5.00, or 15% of your entire order, whichever is more. If you order $500 or more of product, then your order ships absolutely FREE! This is the price for shipping anywhere in the USA.
At this time we DO NOT SHIP INTERNATIONALLY. Sorry for any inconveniece. If you place an international order, and our cart does not automatically stop payement, we will refund your entire purchase and shipping charges to the card used within 3 business days.

If you return something that has been used, worn, altered, is missing items, or is without the original packaging or garment tag it can't be credited back to your account. So please double-check to make sure you've included all of the pieces and packaging before you return it.
Personalized items cannot be returned unless they are incorrect due to a manufacturer error.

All return products require Return Authorization to be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
Please Note: Your return must be sent via a traceable method. If you return the item without the ability to track the delivery and we don't receive the item, we will not be responsible for refunding the order. To ensue proper credit, include a copy of your invoice or packing slip with Return.
Exchanges: We do not accept exchanges. If you need a different product or a different sized item or costume, you must place a new order for the needed replacement item(s) and return the item(s) you have already received. How long will it take to receive my refund?
Once your return has been received, allow 2-3 weeks for your refund to be processed and credited back to your with a credit card. Please Note: the timing can vary based on the season.
